Value Add and Core +: Well-located small and mid-bay industrial assets targeting the flow of goods from the point of origin, whether domestic production or imports, through last-mile delivery to consumers or just-in-time to manufacturers. Assets are located in growing population centers with potential for outperformance driven by Kennedy Wilson’s sourcing, management, and repositioning strategies.
