Gareth leads the UK Industrial Asset Management team, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the sector since joining KW in July 2021. Prior to this, Gareth spent seven years at Logicor Europe during Blackstone’s ownership, where he led the asset management of a substantial multi-let industrial portfolio comprising approximately 90 assets and more than 1,000 tenants. His career began at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and includes roles at Prestbury, Dunedin, and Liverpool Victoria.
