Head of Industrial
Jake leads Kennedy Wilson’s UK industrial and logistics investment platform and has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, specialising almost exclusively in industrial fund and investment management.
He first joined Kennedy Wilson in 2013, where he led the firm’s entry into and expansion within the UK industrial sector. During this period, Jake deployed capital from the balance sheet and discretionary value-add funds, culminating in a £1bn+ joint venture with one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds.
From 2021 to 2024, Jake was Investment Director at Paloma Capital, where he executed UK industrial investments through discretionary value-add funds and a £400m specialist industrial investment vehicle.
Jake returned to Kennedy Wilson in 2024 to lead the strategic growth of its UK industrial platform and to explore adjacent opportunities.
Previously, Jake was Head of Industrial and Fund Manager for a £400m UK industrial fund at Deutsche Asset Management (now DWS). He began his career at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, and is an FCA-approved investment manager.
