Clancy Quay Story

In 2013, Kennedy Wilson and its partner purchased Clancy Quay for €82.5 million. Originally constructed in 2008, Clancy Quay consists of three phases, with the first phase comprised of 423 units and 36,000 SF of commercial space. Phases 2 and 3 includes an 8.5 acre site with planning permission for a mix of residential and commercial use.

Since acquisition, Kennedy Wilson has developed and stabilized phase two of construction, totaling 163 units. Currently, the team is developing an additional 259 units as the third phase of development to bring the total count to 845 units, solidifying Clancy Quay as one of the largest multifamily communities in all of Ireland when construction is completed in 2020.
