Jefferson Center

Formerly Aramark Tower, and now known as Jefferson Center, the 634,146-square-foot office tower underwent $30 million in tenant improvements and a $6 million lobby renovation in connection with the move-in of a new major tenant and the building’s namesake, Jefferson Health.

Kennedy Wilson has provided property management services for the landmark Fred Segal Building since 2014. In 2016, the team was engaged to sell the property, the first time in over 40 years that it had been on the market. With considerable interest from local, international, private capital and institutional buyers, Kennedy Wilson sold the property for $43,000,000.

Rising Realty Partners purchased the property in January 2015 for its significant development and repositioning potential as the only low-rise office park in DTLA. The firm plans to reposition the property as a creative office campus to better meet the evolving needs of the area’s tenants.

Kennedy Wilson Property Services is pleased to announce that Managing Director Alice Myers has been recognized as Property Manager of the Year in Commercial Property Executive’s Distinguished Achievement Awards.
The property services division of Kennedy Wilson completed an 81,600-square-foot lease on behalf of Continental Paper Grading Company (CPG), relocating from 1623 S. Lumber St. in Chicago to its new location at 7250 Santa Fe Dr. in Hodgkins, IL. The term of the new lease is 10 years.
Beverly Hills, CA-based Kennedy Wilson hired Bruce Carlson as managing director of property services, with a focus on expanding the commercial brokerage platform in Northern California.
Alice Myers, Managing Director in the Property Services division, was named "Member of the Year" by the the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles in recognition of her commitment to the organization and its mission.
