Executive Managing Director, Kennedy Wilson Multifamily Development
Joshua Rubinich is Executive Managing Director of Kennedy Wilson Multifamily Development Group, the multifamily development division of Kennedy Wilson. In this role, he is responsible for national development and construction operations, ensuring a disciplined approach toward successful execution at both the organizational and project levels. He oversees the development lifecycle, including involvement in feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, pre-construction, and capitalization, as well as construction management and cost and financial management. He employs a hands-on approach to leadership, engaging and motivating team members to build a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Josh possesses close to three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, he spent 13 years at Toll Brothers, most recently serving as Executive Managing Director of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. Josh led and supported cross-functional team members and stakeholders in navigating the complete lifecycle of development projects. He championed and integrated scalable, sustainable operating methodologies to operate the business.
Josh’s experience includes senior manager roles with O’Neill Properties Group, an entrepreneurial developer of various multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets. He was also a staff and senior auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP, auditing real estate and professional services companies. Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management concentrated in Accounting and Finance from Gettysburg College.
