Executive Managing Director, Kennedy Wilson Multifamily Development
Russell Rochestie is Executive Managing Director of Kennedy Wilson Multifamily Development Group, the multifamily development division of Kennedy Wilson. He oversees acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets, and financing for communities in the development pipeline in the United States. He is responsible for the strategy and financial operations of the division and its portfolio of multifamily communities.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Russell spent 23 years at Toll Brothers. Most recently, he was Executive Managing Director for Toll Brothers Apartment Living, where he oversaw capital markets and financing for the national portfolio. He led the strategy and financial operations for the division and the multifamily pipeline, from acquisition to disposition. Prior to joining the Apartment Living division in 2018, Russell held roles in corporate finance at Toll Brothers, with a range of responsibilities in capital markets and investor relations.
Russell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Emory University.
