Managing Director
Shiv Srirangan is a Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson Europe, where he plays a key role in driving strategic relationships and overseeing fund management activities. He joined the business in January 2013 and currently serves as the fund manager for the UK Single Family Homes and European Urban Logistics Platform.
Shiv has worked on investments across Europe and all asset types. His expertise outside of direct RE acquisitions, spans a wide range of real estate functions, including NPL transactions, financings, fundraising, business development, and corporate finance activities.
Before joining Kennedy Wilson, Shiv worked at Eurohypo, where he gained extensive experience in loan origination, CMBS advisory, syndication, and regulatory capital management.
Shiv holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
