Fintech firm Conferma Pay, a provider of virtual payment technology, is relocating its HQ after sealing a lease for 15,000 sq ft at the recently-refurbished Ocean House, Towers, Manchester. In what has been described as one of the biggest deals for South Manchester this year, it is moving from its existing site at Cheadle Royal to Towers. Colliers, CBRE, and Edwards & Co acted on behalf of Kennedy Wilson and Canning O’Neill advised Conferma Pay.
