Craig Lockard is a Managing Director within Kennedy Wilson’s Debt Investment Group. Craig is responsible for originating and executing debt investments, with a focus on construction and bridge lending across the eastern United States.
Previously, Craig worked for Pacific Western Bank, where he served as a Managing Director focused on construction and bridge financing. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade with Truist in its National Real Estate group, providing a broad range of financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and investors.
Earlier in his career, Craig held various investment, lending, and asset management roles across multiple real estate platforms, building a foundation in financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management within the commercial real estate sector.
Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Clemson University.
