Jeff Teetsel is a Senior Managing Director with the Debt Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson. Jeff leads the construction debt origination efforts for the mountain states and southwest region. Jeff has directly originated over $7 billion in construction and bridge debt, including $1 billion of purpose built student housing. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Jeff held a similar origination position with Pacific Western Bank and previously had his own development management firm and prior structured debt origination roles. Jeff has 35 years of real estate experience. He received his B.S. in Real Estate with a minor in Business Law from Pennsylvania State University.
