Profile
Lottie is the Director of Strategy for Kennedy Wilson Europe. She is responsible for the development
and communication of KW’s European business strategy as well as the identification of new products
and strategic opportunities. Lottie is also responsible for sourcing UK equity investment
opportunities across all sectors and has completed over £500m of transactions since joining KW.
Lottie previously worked at J.P. Morgan Cazenove in the UK Real Estate Investment Banking team,
where she focused on providing financial analysis and advice to a broad spectrum of real estate
clients. Lottie holds a degree in Modern Languages from Durham University, where she was awarded
a distinction in spoken Spanish.
