John McCullough

John McCullough is President of Kennedy Wilson Multifamily Development Group, the multifamily development division of Kennedy Wilson. In this role, he oversees deal structuring and negotiations, construction management, debt and equity financing, and entitlements and approvals for the development business in the United States.

Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, John spent nineteen years with Toll Brothers, most recently serving as President of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. John oversaw the development and operations of the national multifamily rental platform, with a pipeline of over 40,000 units and $11.9 billion in total development costs. He also held key positions with Toll Brothers City Living and was instrumental in launching that business division. John was responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple mixed-use, multi-phase condominium developments, including more than 700 residential units with a market value exceeding $500 million, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and an operating budget of more than $400 million. He provided oversight of all site and vertical construction, marketing, sales, homeowners’ association management, and ongoing property management.

John earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Boston University.
