Emily Heidt

As Managing Director, Communications, Emily Heidt manages internal and external communication strategies, including marketing, reporting, media relations, digital engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives across Kennedy Wilson's U.S. and European portfolio. Prior to Kennedy Wilson, Emily served as Vice President at Murphy O'Brien, where she led the real estate division’s traditional PR and social media teams. She began her career at Sugerman Communications Group developing outreach strategies to support real estate entitlement efforts throughout Southern California. Emily received a B.A. in economics from Cornell University, where she earned two national championship titles as a coxswain on the men's lightweight crew.
