Executive Vice President, Global Director of Risk Management & Human Resources

Regina Finnegan is Executive Vice President, Global Director of Risk Management and Human Resources for Kennedy Wilson, where she oversees risk management for all operational, real estate ownership-related, and development risks for the company’s global portfolio of equity and debt investments. Regina is a member of the company’s executive management team and serves on Kennedy Wilson’s Investment Committee.
Regina is responsible for overseeing all human resources matters at the company, including recruiting, payroll, HR technology solutions, workplace wellness initiatives, and employee engagement. In her tenure, she has focused on driving development and growth opportunities for more than 250 talented employees worldwide, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse workplace that reflects Kennedy Wilson’s core values.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson in 2015, Regina spent nearly three decades in the insurance industry. At Willis Towers Watson, she assisted global real estate, hospitality, and gaming corporations navigate complex insurance solutions across all real estate asset classes, with a focus on North America, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and Mexico. Regina spent several years in a similar role at Marsh & McLennan.
Regina received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Executive Committee of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. She has served on numerous philanthropic boards and is currently involved with the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Foundation as well as the National Charity League.
