Daven Bhavsar, CFA

Daven Bhavsar leads all investor relations efforts for the firm, serving as a key point of contact for our bond investors and limited partner community while overseeing fund reporting, LP communications, and supporting the ongoing development of new investor relationships across our growing platform. Daven joined Kennedy Wilson in 2014. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Daven was an analyst at UBS and Morgan Stanley.  Mr. Bhavsar began his career working in the real estate group within the business assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Bhavsar is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant. Daven received his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
