Vice President, Brokerage
Jordan Rubinstein is a third generation real estate professional with over a decade of experience conducting real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. As a vice president in Kennedy Wilson's brokerage division, Rubinstein represents both landlords and tenants in site identification, acquisitions, leasing and dispositions.
Rubinstein entered the Los Angeles real estate market in early 2005 when he helped establish the residential real estate division of a boutique mortgage brokerage firm in Beverly Hills, CA. In 2008, Rubinstein joined the Real Estate Investment Services team of Marcus & Millichap in Miami, Florida, where he received valuable commercial real estate experience working exclusively for the top performing Senior Retail Agent. Rubinstein is a Los Angeles native but spent several years working in Miami’s rapidly growing real estate market before permanently returning home to California.
Rubinstein is a member of the State Bar of California. As a real estate attorney in Century City, Rubinstein handled both real estate transactions and litigation on behalf of several major Los Angeles landlords and property management companies.
In 2014, Rubinstein returned to his entrepreneurial roots in real estate brokerage and investments by forming Century Park Realty, Inc. as a founding member and the firm’s Managing Director. Rubinstein was intimately involved in all aspects of Century Park, including business development, finance, marketing, and other day-to-day operations.
Rubinstein is involved in numerous industry groups as well as bipartisan political and charitable groups.
