He also held key positions with Toll Brothers City Living and was instrumental in launching that business division. John was responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple mixed-use, multi-phase condominium developments, including more than 700 residential units with a market value exceeding $500 million, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and an operating budget of more than $400 million.
