He leads a team that sources joint venture partnerships, funds, and separate accounts for KW\u2019s investment platforms in the U.S., UK, and Ireland. He also oversees the structuring of these partnerships, including investment strategy, financial arrangements, incentives, and governance for Kennedy Wilson\u2019s separate accounts and funds. Nicholas is a member of the Global Investment Committee.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ENicholas has a deep background in real estate investment and development. Prior to his current role, he managed acquisitions and dispositions within Kennedy Wilson\u2019s Multifamily Group, where he was responsible for buying, selling, and developing over $15 billion in real estate totaling 80,000 multifamily units across the Western United States over the past decade. He structured public-private partnerships, led conventional ground-up developments and developments using low-income housing tax credits, and managed fundraising and joint ventures for the Multifamily Group.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAs a multifamily strategy lead, Nicholas spearheaded the company\u2019s entry into the Mountain West region in 2013, establishing Kennedy Wilson among the first institutional investors to build a significant presence in high-growth markets in Utah, Idaho, and Montana. He was also responsible for structuring a unique public-private partnership with the California State University system\u2014the nation\u2019s largest higher-education system\u2014creating a pioneering model that converts excess land into a revenue stream to fund educational goals while also delivering workforce housing for local communities.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003ENicholas is involved in several philanthropic ventures and boards, including serving on the Advisory Board of LEAP Housing, a Boise-based nonprofit focused on affordable housing, and the Board of Directors of Counter Global, a hedge fund based in Los Angeles.
