Shelbourne Hotel

Originally founded in 1824, the Five Star landmark Shelbourne Hotel is located in Dublin’s prime Central Business District on St. Stephen’s Green and is comprised of 265 rooms, including 19 suites. Additionally, there are 12 meeting rooms, two bars, a restaurant, and a health club which includes a newly renovated spa and swimming pool. For nearly two centuries, The Shelbourne has played a significant role in the literary, social, political, culinary and artistic traditions of Irish society.

Clancy Quay

In 2013, Kennedy Wilson and its partner purchased Clancy Quay for €82.5 million. Originally constructed in 2008, Clancy Quay consists of three phases, with the first phase comprised of 423 units and 36,000 SF of commercial space. Phases 2 and 3 includes an 8.5 acre site with planning permission for a mix of residential and commercial use.

Harrington Square

Built in 2011, the property is located in north Renton, Washington, appealing to professionals in Bellevue, Kent Valley and downtown Seattle. It offers convenient access to the I-90 corridor, which is home to companies such as Microsoft, Costco World Headquarters, Siemens and Farmers Regional Headquarters.

The Oaks

The Oaks is a three-story Class A office building containing approximately 355,000 SF. Kennedy Wilson purchased The Oaks in September of 2007 with 78.6% of the building occupied. In September of 2009, during one of the country’s most challenging leasing environments, Kennedy Wilson welcomed State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company to The Oaks and three months later, renewed and expanded the lease with Baxter Healthcare Corporation for over 230,000 SF in one of the largest lease transactions to be completed in Los Angeles in 2009.

Summer House

Kennedy Wilson first purchased the property with a syndicate of investors in 2005, at which time the property was 100% vacant and in serious disrepair. The company then successfully executed a complete property renovation and repositioning program at the cost of $30 million. After leasing the property to stabilization, Kennedy Wilson sold its interest in the property to one of its equity partners in 2007. In 2010, the opportunity arose to repurchase the asset off-market while assuming and restructuring the existing loan.

150 S El Camino

150 S. El Camino Drive is a 3-story, Class A office building located just one block south of the world-renowned intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive near the golden triangle section of Beverly Hills. After acquisition, Kennedy Wilson completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the building, including a full-scale remodel of the exterior and interior. Kennedy Wilson fully leased the building in June 2016, with the last tenant, Imagine Entertainment, taking occupancy in Q1-2017.

Ritz-Carlton

Constructed in 2009, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe is the first Forbes Four-Star/AAA Five Diamond resort in the Lake Tahoe area. Nestled mid-mountain on the Northstar California Resort, the Northern California contemporary mountain retreat features slope-side ski-in, ski-out access in winter and mountain concierge services for golf, mountain biking and hiking in the summer.
