Clancy Quay is a high quality multifamily community in Dublin, Ireland. Kennedy Wilson expects to add over 400 units to the existing 423 units including the conservation and refurbishment of nine historic army barracks and the construction of four new blocks.
Clancy Quay Story
In 2013, Kennedy Wilson and its partner purchased Clancy Quay for €82.5 million. Originally constructed in 2008, Clancy Quay consists of three phases, with the first phase comprised of 423 units and 36,000 SF of commercial space. Phases 2 and 3 includes an 8.5 acre site with planning permission for a mix of residential and commercial use.
Since acquisition, Kennedy Wilson has begun the development of phase 2, which will deliver an additional 163 units by the end of 2017. Phase 3, which is still under design, aims to deliver another 254 units. In total, Clancy Quay will total 840 units as one of the largest multifamily communities in all of Ireland.
