Kennedy Wilson provides asset and property management for private trusts and family LLCs/ Limited Partnerships holding investment grade real estate. Our clients include bank fiduciaries, investment counselors and high net worth family offices. We currently oversee a portfolio of assets across the country including office, commercial, industrial and multi-residential assets.
We offer a spectrum of services allowing clients to tailor the support functions that they need on a property by property basis. From brokerage to contruction supervision and day-to-day property management to asset ownership accounting, our experienced team handles these responsibilities with a full understanding of the strict regulatory and accounting guidelines to which our clients must adhere.
