Stuart Cramer is president of KW Residential Investments and Development.
In this role he has been responsible for the acquisition, rehabilitation and subsequent sale of eight apartment and condominium conversion projects; the acquisition, restructure and disposition of nonperforming loans and tax-exempt credit facilities secured by large residential assets; the acquisition, entitlement and sale of multifamily land; and the oversight of Kennedy Wilson’s Los Angeles County and Inland Empire housing development investments, along with the company’s 500-home luxury resort development on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson in 1998, Mr. Cramer was a senior vice president at Lowe Enterprises, where he was responsible for residential development, investment and asset management activities. During his 15-year tenure at Lowe, Mr. Cramer managed the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of single-family, multifamily and entitlement projects in Southern California and throughout the U.S.
Mr. Cramer attended Duke University and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
