Many tenants have leased space for 10+ years; one is about to expand their space for the seventh time. More evidence of our success. In 2002 the building’s anchor tenant was enmeshed in corporate scandal and closed its doors. We negotiated a lease cancellation fee and then quickly released the space, increasing building occupancy with little downtime or retrofits.
