As president of KW Auction Group, Rhett Winchell specializes in new home developments, scattered real property foreclosure auctions and court-related dispositions throughout California and rest of the U.S. Auctions are for all property types, including single-family residences, multifamily dwellings, land and commercial properties. Mr. Winchell joined Kennedy Wilson in 1984.
Mr. Winchell has been responsible for the execution and administration of over $5 billion of real estate sold through the auction process and conventional sales programs.
Mr. Winchell is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to a real estate broker in the residential field. Only 5% of all real estate salespeople have earned this designation. He also holds these professional certifications, licenses and memberships:
