In late 2011, Kennedy Wilson completed the purchase of a five office building portfolio for $143.5 million. The buildings are located throughout premier areas of Los Angeles County, including Beverly Hills, Encino and Miracle Mile. The portfolio totals approximately 700,000 sq. ft. and represents the first significant office acquisition by the company since 2008. The properties were acquired off market through an existing long term relationship with the seller.
