NoHo 14

NoHo 14 is a high rise residential project located in North Hollywood, CA. The building consists of 180 units with 11,000 square feet of retail space. Kennedy Wilson acquired the property in partnership with Urban Partners and Guardian Life in mid 2010. The units were 90% occupied but the commercial space was 100% vacant. Within just four months, however, Kennedy Wilson signed a lease valued at more than $3.8 million with Los Angeles based golf superstore Roger Dunn, which occupied the entire commercial space.
