Auction Group Hires Senior Business Development Executive in Hawaii
BEVERLY HILLS (January 11, 2010) Kennedy Wilson Auction Group a division of the international real estate services and investment firm Kennedy Wilson, (NYSE Amex: KWIC) announced today that Joel LaPinta has been named Vice President, Business Development. Joel is joining the group’s rapidly growing business development team nationwide.

With 26 years of experience as a broker and advisor in the sale of over $175,000,000 in developable land in Hawaii, Joel LaPinta will be focusing on business development for the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group in Hawaii. He has expertise in land use law, title issues, practices and principles of Hawaiian real estate, local cultural practices, permitting and entitlement processes, site analysis, financing and capital structures for both development and investment projects.
“Joel brings a high level of market expertise and experience to our group”, said Winchell. “His long standing relationships with sellers of real estate will prove to be a valuable asset for our group,” continued Winchell.

LaPinta graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s College in Santa Fe New Mexico and holds a CCIM designation.
