John Prabhu is responsible for portfolio management and fund administration for the Fund Management Group. The Fund Management Group currently has six funds under management. Three funds are value-added property funds, and three are double-bottom line funds.

KWI Property Fund I is a $180 million real estate fund that was established in August 2000 to acquire well-located Class A and B properties in the Western, Southwestern and Southern U.S. KW Property Fund II is a $425 million real estate fund that was established in November 2005 to acquire well-located value-added properties in growth markets throughout the Southwestern and Southern U.S. KW Property Fund III is a follow-up fund to KWI Property Fund I. Fund III was established in December 2007 to acquire well-located value-added properties in the United States and Japan.

The three double-bottom line funds, Bay Area Smart Growth Fund II, the Northwest Louisiana Community Development Fund I and the Puget Sound Real Estate Fund I are geographical targeted funds of the Bay Area, Northwest Louisiana and the Puget Sound. The funds objectives are market rate returns (the first bottom line) and positive economic, social, and environmental impacts (the second bottom line).

Previously, Mr. Prabhu oversaw the management and leasing of approximately three million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in Southern California and Arizona. In that role, he supervised management, leasing, construction, and accounting activities, as well as acted as a client liaison. Mr. Prabhu has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of real estate and the repositioning of troubled assets.

Mr. Prabhu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California at San Diego.
