As senior managing director, James Ozello is responsible for providing oversight to Kennedy Wilson management for all human resources matters, including recruiting, developing, motivating and directing the company’s more than 300 employees.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Ozello gained experience in human resources, sales, marketing, accounting, finance and manufacturing with Shell Oil Company, AT&T, Mattel and Carter Hawley Hale. Mr. Ozello has been instrumental in developing human resources services that reflect the culture and vision of the company.
A graduate in Economics from Beloit College, Mr. Ozello completed his graduate work in Business Administration at Northwestern University.
