Fund I is a closed-end coinvested real estate fund that has invested in value-add suburban office property located in seven growth markets in six cities in the United States.
The fund is a limited partnership comprised of a Kennedy Wilson entity as General Partner and Kennedy Wilson co-investing 5% as a limited partner, along with pension fund clients.
Kennedy Wilson has demonstrated a successful track record of value-add suburban office property management.
Fund I is a 10-year, $180 million fund that commenced in 2000. It has reached the end of its investment period and is focused on the successful execution of each investment’s business plan.
