Kennedy Wilson Capital is a bridge lender focusing on the middle market.  We offer senior mortgage and mezzanine debt financing along with preferred equity on transitional, institutional-quality real estate in the Western United States. 

We understand the complex nature of real estate transactions and are able to offer our customers customized financing solutions in all areas of the capital structure.  Targeted loan amounts range from $10MM to $50MM. 

Kennedy Wilson Capital has a hands-on approach to financing and possesses local expertise in all facets of real estate.  Kennedy Wilson Capital is a balance sheet lender so you’ll always have a single point of contact.
