125 Old Broad Street is a landmark building in the heart of London. The 26-story class A tower consists of 330,000 sq. ft. and is located within a ten minute walk of six subway stations. Formerly the London Stock Exchange building, it was originally constructed in 1970 and opened by the Queen in 1972. The property was completely renovated in 2008 and is currently managed by Kennedy Wilson Europe, which was formed in June 2011 after Kennedy Wilson acquired Bank of Ireland Real Estate Investment Management (BOI REIM).
