Bradley Adams Joins Kennedy Wilson as Managing Director Acquisitions, San Diego, California
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (February 4, 2010) – Robert Hart, president and chief executive officer, Kennedy Wilson Multifamily, a division of the of the international real estate services and investment firm Kennedy Wilson, today announced the appointment of Bradley N. Adams as managing director, acquisitions. Adams will be in Kennedy Wilson’s San Diego office which will open simultaneous with his appointment.

Previously, Mr. Adams was Vice President of the Real Estate Finance Department for the LeFrak Organization, responsible for the placement of $500 million of real estate related debt, letters of credit and related financing in support of the firm’s varied project types during his tenure there. Prior to joining the LeFrak Organization, Mr. Adams was with Trizec Properties, first based in San Diego as part of the retail division, then as part of TrizecHahn Europe, the company’s entrance into the pan-European retail real estate market. In San Diego, he was involved with the disposition of $2 billion of retail assets and while in Europe oversaw corporate development. Mr. Adams has a BS in Economics from the University of Redlands and a Master’s of Management from Willamette University.
